Structure of the Dräger Group

The Dräger Group is managed by Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, which holds major strategic shares in Dräger Medical AG & Co. KG (75%) and Dräger Safety AG & Co. KGaA (100%). The remaining shares of Dräger Medical AG & Co. KG are held by Siemens Medical Holding GmbH. Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA also holds shares in a small number of affiliated companies not related to the core business of the two divisions. All affiliated companies active in the core business of the two divisions worldwide belong to their respective management organizations, either directly or indirectly.
